libkubuntu-dbg software package provides library for Kubuntu platform integration - debugging files, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libkubuntu-dbg
libkubuntu-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libkubuntu-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libkubuntu-dbg *
You will get with libkubuntu-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
